When and where will the Lattice Developers Conference 2024 take place?
The conference is a hybrid event. The in-person event will take place in San Jose, California, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose, December 10, 2024. The virtual event will be available online worldwide on December 10-11, 2024.

What is the recommended event attire?
Casual to business dress is appropriate. For those attending in person, we recommend dressing in layers as the average temperatures in San Jose, California in December can range from 42°F to 59°F.

Yes! Most sessions and content from the event will be available on-demand following the event via the event portal, the Lattice website, or other locations.

How can I get registration, login, or technical assistance?
If you're joining us in person at the DoubleTree Hotel, our conference registration desk is available to help with any information or assistance you may need.

- How do I create an account? – To create an account, go to the login page and click the create account button.
- I forgot my password, how can I reset it? - On the login page, select “Forgot password?” to receive an email to reset your password. Please check your spam/junk folder.
- How do I change my account details? - To edit your account information, go to the login page, update required fields, and submit your changes.

What are the registration fees for the event?
This is a complimentary event. There is no admission fee to attend either the in-person or virtual conference.
Is there a deadline for registration?
For those attending in-person, we encourage you to sign up as early as possible as seating capacity is limited. In-person registration will remain open until all seats are filled. There is no deadline for registration for the virtual conference, it will remain available throughout the event and afterwards for a few months for those who want to view the content on demand.
Can I be denied registration?
Lattice Semiconductor reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at Lattice Semiconductor's sole discretion, including past or present failure to meet Lattice Semiconductor's standards of conduct, and including (but not limited to) engaging in violent, illegal, threatening, or discriminatory conduct.
Can I register for the in-person and live stream conference events?
Yes! When registering for the event, select the option for attending in-person. After choosing the in-person attendance option, an additional field will appear where you can select the virtual event option as well. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include details for both the in-person and virtual event, outlining how to participate in each.

Will I need a badge to get in to the in-person event?
Yes, an event badge is required for in-person entry and should be worn at all times. You'll be able to pick up your badge at the Lattice Developers Conference registration desk during open registration hours. For security purposes, be prepared to show identification. If you lose your badge, you can show photo identification and have it reprinted at the conference registration desk for free.
Do I need a visa to attend the event?
There are a few countries that require a visa for entry. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local US consulate for details and requirements.
Does the conference offer support for visa invitation letters?
Unfortunately, the conference does not offer support for visa invitation letters.
What disability assistance is available?
For those attending in-person and requiring assistance for a disability, please indicate your requirements on the registration form. Please also visit the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose website and click on the orange “Accessible Features” button for information about their ADA capabilities.
Which hotel is the official Lattice Developers Conference hotel?
The in-person conference has a limited event room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose for $209 per night plus taxes, fees and discounted parking. Wifi is included in with the reservation. Rooms within the room block are available on a first come, first served basis. Once the room block is full, attendees will need to make separate arrangements.
To secure a room at the event rate, make your hotel arrangements with the room block url, https://book.passkey.com/go/LatticeDevelopers after your complete registration. Please note the hotel booking tool closes at 11:59 PM PST on November 8, 2024. All guests pay the hotel directly during check-in.
Does the hotel offer discounted parking rates?
Day self-parking: Guests are responsible for their own self-parking fees. There are no in and out privileges. Special event parking is available at a discounted rate of $5.00 per car.
Hotel guests with vehicles will receive a special event discounted parking rate of $15.00 per night, which includes in and out privileges.
What meals are provided?
The following attendee meals and refreshments are provided to in-person conference attendees on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 as a part of your in-person conference registration.
